Who We Are
Propeasy is a property investment company investing in high yielding rental properties in the South East of England. We invest alongside other investors and deliver great returns to them on a monthly basis.
Mark Croston, Managing Director of Propeasy, has extensive experience in the property sector having built up a multi-million-pound property portfolio. He has represented landlords across the UK on the BBC News, BBC Live 5 and Sky TV.
He started investing in property in 2003 and currently has a portfolio of over 80 units both in the UK and abroad.
Mark now helps individuals and businesses more broadly by investing alongside them in various property investment purchases. This allows his investors to benefit from significantly better returns than they are getting from their banks today.
How the Process Works
What Do We Look For
We focus on a niche area within the property market, at below market value, as these types of properties provide a very good yield at low risk, provided they are managed very well.
We only consider larger properties that we can add value to. This value comes in different ways from planning, licencing, refurbishment and development. This means we gain extra protection in the event of any market changes as well as refinancing onto commercial valuations in the future.
We only look at properties where the layout/size lends themselves well to maximising the existing space in terms of the number of rooms, size of communal space, placement of bathrooms etc.
Our aim is to generate cash flow as quickly as possible so we are very focused on getting any planning/ licencing and works done as soon as possible and where possible in parallel as well.
